OK, so it seems the last round wasn't as hard as I thought it would be so we'll see how you guys fare with this one.
If Im not mistaken (I rarely am) that is Grumpy's eyeball.

i compared pictures of the eyes that were previously grumpy's and i beleive that this is in fact grumy's eye.
